Invitation Letter Request Form

ACEP provides letters of invitation to our international attendees and exhibitors who will be participating in ACEP events. Please completely fill out and submit the form below to request a letter of invitation. Your name and address must match the information found on your travel documents (passport, Visa, etc.) Your letter of invitation will be sent to the e-mail address provided within 20 minutes of submitting the form. If you are bringing a guest, a separate form must be submitted for each guest. If you have any other questions regarding this process, please email us at international.section@acep.org.
